These terms may be updated without prior notice, and the date at the top will always show the latest revision. Please make sure to read through the terms before placing an order. By completing a purchase with us, you also accept these terms and conditions. Your order is confirmed once you receive the order confirmation email. It is your responsibility as a customer to ensure that all information provided, such as name, email address, and shipping details, are correct.

Agreement

These general terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply when you, as a consumer (“Customer”), place an order via www.thehangoverhoodie.com. The agreement is made between you and The Hangover Hoodie, reg. no.935891442. Full contact details and company information are available on our website.

Prices & Taxes

All prices shown on our website apply to orders placed online. All relevant import duties and taxes are included in the product price. Depending on the size of your order and the selected delivery option, a shipping fee may be added at checkout.

Payment

When paying by card, the amount will be reserved on your account at the time of order and charged once your order ships from our warehouse. We accept Vipps, Klarna, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Visa Debit, and other major credit/debit cards.

All transactions are processed through a secure checkout system. Payments are SSL-encrypted, meaning no one can read your card number, name, or address during transfer. The Hangover Hoodie reserves the right to verify card validity, billing details, and sufficient funds before processing an order.

Exchanges & Returns

  • Returns: You have 14 days from the delivery date to return your order.

  • Exchanges: 

     

    If you need a different size or color, please return the item to:

    and place a new order.

    If we made a mistake with your order, we will cover the return shipping and send you the correct item free of charge.

Items must be returned in their original condition: unused, with tags attached, and without odors or marks.

Costs:

  • Size/color exchanges: NOK 79

  • Return (1–3 products): NOK 79

  • Return ( 4 or more, please contact us )

Refunds will be issued once the return is approved and received, and credited back to your original payment method.

We do not accept returns of:

  • Final sale items

  • Products missing their tags

  • Items that appear worn, marked, damaged, or smell of perfume/deodorant

Warranty & Complaints

If your hoodie has a defect or error, you are entitled under Norwegian law to rectification, replacement, price reduction, compensation, or cancellation. The right to complain is valid for 2 years from the purchase date. Complaints must be submitted in writing within a reasonable time after discovering the defect.

Right of Withdrawal

Under the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act, you may cancel your purchase within 14 days. The product must be returned in the same condition as received. We will refund the full amount paid, including shipping costs, once we have received the returned product.

Force Majeure

The Hangover Hoodie  is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as labor disputes, war, fire, natural disasters, technical issues, or problems with suppliers. If such a situation lasts more than 2 months, both the customer and The Hangover Hoodie have the right to cancel the purchase.

Changes to Terms

The Hangover Hoodie reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated terms will always be published on our website.

Disputes

We aim to resolve all disputes directly with our customers. If this is not possible, the matter may be referred to the Norwegian Consumer Council. All purchases are governed by Norwegian law.
