SHIPPING

At The Hangover Hoodie, we aim to provide fast, reliable, and transparent delivery. All orders are processed automatically, and once your order is placed, it enters our fulfillment system immediately.

We currently ship exclusively with our delivery partner, Posten / Bring.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.

Shipping Costs

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders above:

  • 1499 NOK

  • 129 EUR

  • 149 USD

  • 109 GBP

For orders below the free shipping threshold:

  • Norway: 79 NOK

Delivery Times

  • Norway: 2–5 business days (Posten/Bring)

We cover all import duties and taxes for orders shipped to:

  • Norway

Customers outside these regions are responsible for any applicable duties.

Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 12:00 CET are typically processed the same business day.

  • During peak seasons (launches, holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.

Order Cancellation

In-stock items are processed right away, so we’re unable to cancel these orders once they’re placed.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe:

  1. Take clear photos of the outer packaging and product

  2. Contact us immediately at thehangoverhoodie@gmail.com

We will investigate with the carrier ( Posten / Bring ) and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is correct. Packages returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may add additional fees for reshipment.
